We cannot guarantee that all stains will be completely removed; however, we will lighten and improve them to the best of our ability using professional methods.
Pressure washing may reveal pre-existing damage to concrete, siding, paint, or other surfaces. We are not responsible for any prior damage, hidden defects, or deterioration that becomes visible during or after cleaning. We will do our best to identify and avoid areas where damage is obvious.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all windows, doors, and other openings are properly sealed prior to service. Clients must also remove or secure any personal property, décor, or loose items in the service area. We are not responsible for damage to unsecured items, faulty installations, electrical components, or water intrusion caused by improper sealing or structural issues.
While we take precautions to protect surrounding areas, we are not liable for incidental impact to landscaping, plants, or nearby surfaces.
We will always be upfront and honest and will not recommend services that are unnecessary.
Any concerns or claims regarding damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe releases us from further liability.
By scheduling and/or paying for services, the client agrees to these terms and releases Pressure Pros Power Washing from liability beyond the total amount paid for the service provided.
